The Data From the Provisional Scrutiny of the Paso Will Be Available Online and in Real Time

This Sunday, the make available to the political parties competing in the PASO and to the general public the data from the provisional vote count that will take place at the Official Computing Center located at the Provincial Convention Center.The website for disseminating the results will be elecciones2019.entrerios.gov.ar. The process is coordinated by and is executed through the Secretariat for State Modernization, Science and Technology and the General Directorate of Information Technology, the agency that has historically carried out the provisional counting of votes in the province of Entre Ríos.

Election Monitoring and Transparency

It has no legal relevance, however, the provincial government has worked with national regulations regarding good practices to guarantee transparency and audit criteria for the different forces.

Enhanced Data Dissemination

Unlike previous processes, the number of digitization and telegram transfer centers has increased. A website will be enabled for the dissemination of results; the official computing center will operate in the CPC together with a Dissemination Center for accredited personnel and journalism that will operate in the same place. The province guarantees the effectiveness, efficiency, and security in the transmission, loading, and processing of data, the audit of the political fronts and parties, and the access to public information by society.

Election Security Coordination

As is usual in electoral processes, the Entre Ríos Police is in charge of guaranteeing security outside the voting perimeter and the National Gendarmerie is the force responsible for guarding the interior of educational establishments. In this sense, the Ministry of Government coordinates actions with both forces to guarantee the normal development of the primary, open, simultaneous, and mandatory elections (PASO). Meanwhile, Minister Rosario Romero and Major Commander José Luis Mac Dougall, head of the Gendarmerie Group V of Entre Ríos, signed a framework agreement for institutional collaboration to guarantee security services in educational establishments, as well as custody in the transfer of ballot boxes to the 49 branches of Correo Argentino, to schools and finally to the Electoral Court of the Province of Entre Ríos for the completion of the final vote count.
